The YMCA Wellness Studio is not a gym - rather a group personal training experience that takes a holistic perspective to health and wellbeing. We run 45 minute classes in groups of no more than 10 members, and each time you visit, it will be a different routine. Never the same old boring circuit over and over again. We mix it up to keep you motivated and coming back for more. Our qualified trainers will also teach you about nutrition and goal-setting, while providing you with at-home exercises to keep you moving. Regular testing and measurements will also keep you on track towards your health and wellness goals. We make exercise fun, and the group setting makes training more of a social get-together than a boring routine at a regular gym.
