Southside Sport & Community Club understands that planning a wedding can sometimes be an overwhelming and financially daunting experience for any couple. Hidden costs can sometimes double or triple original quotes. Southside's Community of Clubs can help alleviate some of those burdens by presenting an upfront complete wedding package.

The Complete Wedding Package
A Three Course Alternative Menu with a variety of choices - DJ - Audio System - Room Hire - Security -Tablecloths - Runners - Chair Covers - Centre Pieces - Place Settings - Decorations and supply you with your own Personal Function Planner.
$70 per person (Calculated on the basis of a minimum of 70 guests or more)
Any or all of these options can be negotiated into a tailored package to suit your needs and/or budget. A Southside wedding operates on the premise of keeping costs low, so you will not need to go into debt for the wedding and allows you to chose a better honeymoon location or that deposit for a first home.

Corporate
Southside's Community of Clubs offers a perfect choice of venues for your next corporate event. We offer flexible meeting and banquet spaces, and an array of supporting services that can assist you virtually with any function.
Our experienced events team will assist you to plan every detail and help make sure your event is successful.

The Corporate Business Package
Bottomless Tea/Coffee - Jugs of iced Water - Morning Tea (Choices from Danish, Scones, Cakes or Fruit) - Lunch (Assorted Sandwiches) - Afternoon Tea (Assorted Biscuits) - Room Hire - Projector - Screen - Audio Equipment - White Boards
$18 per person (Calculated on the basis of a minimum of 20 guests or more)
Any or all of these options can be negotiated into a tailored package to suit your needs - such as; Business Breakfasts, Dinners, Hot or Cold Luncheons or Banquets.

General Functions
Whether you are celebrating a birthday milestone, engagement or anniversary we have packages to suit all tastes, numbers and budgets.
We offer packages for formal sit-down dinners from $15 per person to informal bar cocktail platters from $75. Our menus provide an extensive choice of cuisine to select from and are prepared by our team of passionate, dedicated, qualified Chefs. At Southside function venues we will exceed your expectations.
Our experienced events team will assist you to plan every detail and help make sure your event is successful and enjoyable.
On a more somber note, we also offer wake packages, and promise to make sure all care is given to handle your loss with the compassion and dignity an event such as this deserves.
